Serves : 2-3
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup carrot grated
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
- 2 Tbsp dessicated coconut
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- salt to taste
METHOD
1. Add carrots, coriander, coconut and lemon juice to a bowl and mix
2. Toss with pomegranate seeds and season to taste
